Our company is looking for a Luxury Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Being involved in stock control and management;
- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock;
- Reporting any discrepancies or problems to the General Shop Manager;
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts and dealing with customer refunds;
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- Dealing responsibly with any customer complaints, escalating to the General Shop Manager when necessary;
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays when required.
Requirements:
- Smart of appearance, physically fit and able to stand on their feet for long periods;
- Sound computer literacy, able to use Word and Excel as well learn new technologies;
- A team player who is able to work well as part of a close-knit team.
