Our company is looking for a Media Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicate key deliverables for complex multi-platform sales;
- Represent the company to the highest standard;
- Manage and upsell existing clients by introducing them to new cross-platform opportunities;
- Maintain strong sales pipeline using Salesforce through effective relationship building call management and lead generation;
- Magazine promotion;
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth;
- Build and develop relationships with clients;
- Provide management reports detailing pipelines, ‘hot’ business and expected weekly revenue to managers – providing accurate information;
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to grow existing business;
- Identify, introduce and sign new clients to the portfolio of events, exhibitions and website;
- Ensure all personal targets are regularly met;
- Accurate forecasting;
- To work with sales management in putting together an appropriate sales proposition and presenting this accurately to decision makers;
- Lead sourcing/generating new business leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills as well as keen attention to detail;
- Strong new business skills and tenacious approach;
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection;
- Needs an entrepreneurial personality who owns his/her accounts;
- Proven track record of successfully hitting targets and growing client base;
- You must be used to exceeding targets and have a proven track record with at least 1 year recent unbroken sales experience;
- Preferably educated to Degree/A level;
- The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment;
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive;
- Excellent communication skills;
