Our company is looking for a Motor Trade Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Service Manager as required to guarantee the smooth running of the service desk;
  • Ensuring the Technicians job cards are accurate to ensure correct billing;
  • Maintaining up to date vehicle information and history and informing customers of upcoming service dates;
  • Ensuring Customers are notified of all work to be undertaken and of the need for any further or future repair or servicing requirements;
  • Handing over the customers vehicle after completion of work and inspecting for any bodywork damage.

Requirements:

  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM database packages;
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and a confident relationship builder;
  • Ideally, thou not essentially have experience of the Kerridge system;
  • Have good mechanical awareness and understanding of vehicles and car parts;
  • Work under pressure and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills;
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
