Our company is looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the benefits of, and advise customers to use, the company recommended solicitor and financial advisor;
  • Close sales by completing the reservation form and taking reservation deposits;
  • Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames;
  • Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process;
  • Refer to NHMH early in the process;
  • Recognise the opportunity to help further and present useful products and services;
  • Meeting and greeting customers establishing great relationships and “helping” our customers make their dream move;
  • Assist in the production of reports and updates on all KPI’s to the Sales and Marketing function;
  • Manage their own development, to include external signage, show homes, sales area;
  • Keep in touch by liaising and communicating with Developers (Our Customers);
  • Follow-ups proactively and with conviction;
  • Instinctively know how to initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues;
  • Assist in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Sales;
  • Manage your time to ensure full compliance with administration procedures;
  • Managing and coordinating all on-site sales and administration activities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to overcome objections;
  • Proven track record working within a sales environment;
  • Can interact at all levels;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Effective communicator;
  • Commercial thinker and results driven;
  • Previous sales experience working within New Build housing is essential;
  • Positive approach;
  • Ability to direct collaboration among functional team;
  • Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in customer services and sales;
  • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of reading plans and explaining them to a customer;
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.
