Our company is looking for a Renewals Negotiator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching market rental values to negotiate fair renewal terms;
  • Checking all renewal documentation and ensuring all legal requirements are met;
  • To negotiate and confirm renewal terms with tenants and landlords;
  • Managing deposits held with the DPS;
  • Negotiating any change of sharers requests;
  • Advising landlords on market conditions and proposed rent increases.

Requirements:

  • Ideally a minimum of 1 years’ work experience in property;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Ability to learn new processes and applications quickly;
  • Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions;
  • Outstanding communication, organisation and diary management skills;
  • Ability to deal with and managing empathetically stressful and demanding Tenants and Landlords;
  • Ability to maintain administrative processes;
  • An eye to detail & attention to accuracy.
