Renewals Negotiator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Renewals Negotiator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Researching market rental values to negotiate fair renewal terms;
- Checking all renewal documentation and ensuring all legal requirements are met;
- To negotiate and confirm renewal terms with tenants and landlords;
- Managing deposits held with the DPS;
- Negotiating any change of sharers requests;
- Advising landlords on market conditions and proposed rent increases.
Requirements:
- Ideally a minimum of 1 years’ work experience in property;
- Excellent time management;
- Ability to learn new processes and applications quickly;
- Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions;
- Outstanding communication, organisation and diary management skills;
- Ability to deal with and managing empathetically stressful and demanding Tenants and Landlords;
- Ability to maintain administrative processes;
- An eye to detail & attention to accuracy.
