Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with any and all customer issues ensuring a positive outcome for the customer wherever possible;
  • Represent the organisation at trade shows and events to generate leads, increasing our profile with prospective clients;
  • Responsible for achieving set targets and all other defined KPIs;
  • Taking full ownership of your branch, with the ability to work independently at all times, ensuring the highest level of professionalism;
  • Processing all transactions efficiently and accurately, avoiding any discrepancies that may result in a financial loss to the business;
  • Taking shared responsibility for your own professional development and self-improvement and complete all relevant training;
  • Maintain high stands of stock replenishment and ensure all items on display are correctly priced;
  • Outbound Sales;
  • Always looking for opportunities to up sell and ensure the customer is fully aware of all products/services;
  • dealing with customer enquiries/queries;
  • Manager dealer expectations throughout the sales process;
  • Attend seminars and trade events to grow knowledge and awareness of the industry;
  • Processing orders;
  • Using the company computer system;
  • Ordering stock.

Requirements:

  • Ability to hit KPI’s and targets;
  • Experience of persuading, convincing and influencing, whilst maintaining customer service;
  • Polite and attentive telephone manner; must be able to build rapport and offer a fantastic customer service experience;
