Our company is looking for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business;
  • Sourcing and advertising new properties;
  • Sales progression;
  • Negotiating sales/lets;
  • Arranging valuations;
  • Working to daily targets;
  • Working to set targets and self-generating your own leads;
  • Generate and book valuations;
  • Effectively manage the property infrastructure;
  • To deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Arrange and carry out property inspections/viewings;
  • Work all procedures and systems effectively and work within all legislative and compliance standards;
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and Tennant’s;
  • Conduct quality property viewings;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all our clients.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude;
  • Highly Organised;
  • Focused and supportive to other team members;
  • Experience of working in a sales and customer service environment;
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Full driving licence and own transport essential;
  • Minimum of 6 months Sales/Lettings experience in a busy environment;
  • Customer Service oriented;
  • Have a passion for customer service;
  • Assist with land agency administrative tasks;
  • Ideally have had some experience of conducting property valuations (further training given);
  • Registering purchaser and tenant details, then match to available properties;
  • Be IT literate with the ability to use Word and Excel, as well as Jupix property management software (full training given);
  • Preparing property particulars, agreements, everyday correspondence and basic invoicing;
  • Organised and articulate.
