Our company is looking for a Sales & Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Always providing impeccable customer service building relationships with your clients;
- Providing customer service inline with FSA guidelines;
- To be knowledgeable about the product, provide a consultative sales approach;
- Outbound calls to web enquiries and providing quotations;
- Answering customer queries via telephone or email;
- Providing quotes on renewals and emailing out relevant documentations;
- Receiving inbound calls from existing customers and booking appointments for customers to come in to the branch to go through insurance policies.
Requirements:
- Proven record of developing relationships with customers;
- Used to working to targets and KPI’s;
- Be extremely product & service driven;
- Previous experience within a customer service or administration environment;
- A very keen individual and eager to learn;
- Focused and drive, with an ambitious attitude.
