Our company is looking for a Sales & Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Always providing impeccable customer service building relationships with your clients;
  • Providing customer service inline with FSA guidelines;
  • To be knowledgeable about the product, provide a consultative sales approach;
  • Outbound calls to web enquiries and providing quotations;
  • Answering customer queries via telephone or email;
  • Providing quotes on renewals and emailing out relevant documentations;
  • Receiving inbound calls from existing customers and booking appointments for customers to come in to the branch to go through insurance policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of developing relationships with customers;
  • Used to working to targets and KPI’s;
  • Be extremely product & service driven;
  • Previous experience within a customer service or administration environment;
  • A very keen individual and eager to learn;
  • Focused and drive, with an ambitious attitude.
