  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills;
  • Arranging and attending viewings;
  • Register and manage applicants;
  • Liaise and negotiate with clients and purchasers;
  • Canvassing/door-knocking;
  • Showing people around properties in the local area;
  • Canvass for new business opportunities;
  • Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone;
  • Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations;
  • Valuing/listing experience not essential but would be a bonus;
  • Achieve pre-agreed targets;
  • Introducing new properties to applicants;
  • General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input;
  • Matching customer needs with available properties.


  • The ideal candidiate will be hungry, motivated and ambitious to take their career to the next level;
  • Idealy you will have more than 2 years experience in a similar role within lettings;
  • Car driver essential;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required;
  • You must have a full, clean UK licence, & own car preferred;
  • You will have good interpersonal and people skills;
  • You will be articulate;
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment;
  • You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile;
  • Previous residential sales experience essential;
  • You will be well-presented and professional in appearance;
  • Covering South East London and Central London areas;
  • Excellent communication skills.
