Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Representing the company in a professional manner;
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings;
  • Negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales;
  • Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets;
  • Building strong relationships with local property owners and investors;
  • Sales progression;
  • Undertake accompanied viewings as and when required;
  • Valuing and listing properties;
  • Generating new business;
  • Calling through a database of clients to generate bookings of valuations, viewings and financial services referals;
  • Building rapport with buyers and sellers and ensure all clients are dealt with in a positive and friendly manner;
  • Deliver fantastic customer service to their buyers and sellers;
  • Negotaiting sales;
  • Matching buyers to suitable properties;
  • Conducting property viewings.

Requirements:

  • Embrace constructive feedback and act upon it;
  • Must have 12 months relevant residential sales experience in Central or South West London within Estate Agency;
  • Be a strong rapport builder;
  • Cultural awareness and ability to build rapport and trust;
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle (compulsory);
  • Previous sales experience would be advantageous;
  • Full clean driving license;
  • Assist others within and outside of immediate department;
  • Full driving license;
  • Knowledge of the property sales or lettings process;
  • Property valuation experience;
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Experience in an estate agency environment;
  • Well presented;
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
