Our company is looking for a Showroom Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage point-of-sale processes;
  • To process the showroom orders for the showroom as well as E-Commerce, together enquiries and other operational tasks as necessary;
  • Keep up to date with product information using this to a sales advantage;
  • To maintain an outstanding store condition, merchandising standards and price lists;
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits;
  • To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through your proficient sales and after sales service;
  • To be able to ascertain customers’ wish list and be able to convert in to a sale;
  • Team player;
  • To use your lighting concept knowledge to ‘soft service’ customers in finding & selling lighting solutions for their home;
  • To courteously welcome and greet customers (Walk-in, Phone or emails) ensuring you capture details for follow up;
  • To develop long lasting relationships with new customers.

Requirements:

  • IT Literate;
  • Microsoft Outlook;
  • A willingness to work to meet deadlines;
  • InDesign;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Being able to work with a team;
  • Microsoft Office;
  • Highly motivated;
  • Being able to work under pressure;
  • Adobe Photoshop.
