Our company is looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building rapport with current/new clients;
  • To gather relevant information on calls e.g who key decision makers are and identifying their contact details;
  • Conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity;
  • Regular reporting to Sales Director;
  • Go the ‘extra mile’ to meet the targeted daily / weekly sales quota and facilitate future sales;
  • Lead Generation;
  • Working closely with field sales executive;
  • Generating outbound calls to various parties to develop brand awareness and generate qualified leads;
  • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions;
  • Answering client queries and objection handling;
  • Maintain strong, effective relationships with all key client businesses, to foster long term partnerships and contracts;
  • Making outbound calls to UK businesses;
  • Attending in-house training sessions and team briefings;
  • To be proactive and show initiative and keep busy within the department;
  • Using the internal Event Calendar to enhance the company’s brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Longevity in positions;
  • Proven experience in Telesales;
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team player;
  • Great communications skill (Both written and verbal);
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales process;
  • Achieve a formulaic sales approach with the ability to forecast and measure performance from lead generation through to close;
  • Ideal applicants will have previous sales experience but if you have the drive and right attitude you will still be considered;
  • Some experience in a similar role i.e. outbound B2B selling and/or customer service;
  • Resilient – ability to handle rejection / objection;
  • Proficiency across Microsoft programmes;
  • Oral and written communication skills;
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Confidence in own ability;
  • A degree in a related subject (ie. Accountancy) would be helpful but certainly not essential;
  • You must be self-motivated and driven.
