Our company is looking for a Director of UK Delivery to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Overlooks relocations and internal mobility;
- Cooperating with global competencies and ensure their strong presence in her/his organization;
- Owns and controls SG&A budget for her/his organization;
- Ensure proper onsite staffing and rotations;
- Ensure operational excellence on major KPIs;
- Ensure ppl development and successor planning;
- Supervise delivery on his project portfolio;
- Cooperation with Account management and Delivery Management;
- Hire/fire engineering staff;
- Run and further grow a currently 200+ ppl organization.
Requirements:
- Local employee market knowledge;
- Willing to travel in Germany;
- IT leader with proven track record of managing 200+ ppl in IT engineering (not support);
- Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment;
- Strong ppl skills and leadership skills;
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subject, MBA or equivalent IT experience preferred;
- German language is a must;
- Strong client facing/awareness;
- Background in IT, in particular software development.
