LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a Pre and Post operation vehicle check;
- Multi drop – 12 – 25 drops per day;
- No heavy lifting / handball involved;
- Commercial deliveries to Supermarket, 3-5 drops per day;
- Some lifting may be required – up to 20kg.
Requirements:
- Commercial driving experience;
- Follow all health and safety guidelines;
- Be able to work in a busy environment;
- Good accuracy and organisational skills;
- Clean licence preferable;
- Verifiable references;
- Full UK/EU Licence;
- Attention to detail;
- Health & Safety Conscious;
- HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence;
- CPC;
- Flexible approach;
- Good Understanding of WTDs (Working Time Directives);
- Digital Tachograph.
