Our company is looking for a Telesales Account Manager (FTC) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with enquires;
  • Contacting existing clients for referrals and promoting the referral scheme our client offers;
  • Regular and accurate updating of CRM (Salesforce) and other reporting systems;
  • Achieve conversion targets relating to business opportunities;
  • Advising contractors, agencies and end clients of Legislative, compliance, information and updates;
  • Registering new clients;
  • Advising contractors / agencies of Legislative (compliance) information / updates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time keeping and management ability with the ability to prioritise workload;
  • Have strong communication and listening skills and the ability at build good internal and external relationships;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced role;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate patience in demanding circumstances;
  • Experience within a telesales environment;
  • IT competency, including Word and Excel;
  • To be able to work to individual and team targets;
  • Experience with CRM systems.
