Set in eight acres of stunning countryside grounds, our 21 bedroom 16th century manor house is the proud owner of 4 AA Red Stars reflecting our teams exceptional hospitality and service. We have two restaurants (including the 3 AA Rosette Garden room) and our Elan Spa with onsite leisure and spa facilities partnered with Temple Spa. It’s been an exciting 12 months at The Greenway Hotel and Spa having undergone a £1.4m bedroom, meeting room and public area refurbishment in a bid to reposition our hotel in the luxury boutique market and to demonstrate a continued investment in quality and standards for our guests. As a result, we’re looking for a General Manager with strong commercial acumen, with proven experience of driving the commercial performance of the business and maximising profitability, within a luxury property. As General Manager, you and your team will be focused on continually surpassing guest expectations by delivering amazing experiences to maintain our reputation in the market for both food quality and hospitality within a 4 Red Star hotel. Current General Manager experience with a solid Red Star background - ideally gained within POB Hotels, Relais & Chateaux or Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties.

Ideally possess a firm local knowledge and experience with the Cheltenham or Gloucestershire area
Financially astute with a keen eye for numbers, you will be driven by the desire to maximise sales and profitability, delivering this through creative sales and marketing activity.
