Who you’ll work with: The Trading Tribe Delivery team is charged with leading the delivery of Sports & Platform products which enables the effective functioning and growth of the Flutter UKI business supporting our brands Sky Betting and Gaming, Paddy Power and Betfair. We are looking for a Product Owner to deliver game-changing improvements and be the main interaction point between Product and Technology, bridging technical and business worlds as you continually deliver improvements and innovative features across the full range of the products. Your role in ‘better’: Understanding product/commercial needs and how these are translated into functional and technical requirements. Writing user stories with acceptance criteria, grooming, and prioritizing backlogs, producing release plans and communications, running show and tells, and tracking benefits realization. Attending scrum/relevant ceremonies. Understanding and balancing commercial needs against technical requirements and capabilities. Managing cross-team product dependencies. Providing mentoring and induction to other product owners. Having a detailed understanding of the portfolio, project & feature delivery processes. How you’ll create ‘better’: Influencing working practice change across analysis and development department working in a multi-product environment. Customer focused, building and delivering solutions that meet customer expectations. Ability to relate to both business, design, and technical specialists.
