Newcross offers all the benefits of being with an agency, with the security of a permanent job. As a Nurse or Carer, you’ll have the flexibility to choose your hours, but you’ll have a permanent full- or part-time contract. Your rota will be up to you – work with the same clients each week, or choose the shifts that fit in with your timetable. You can use our online diary system and smartphone app to let us know about your availability.
