Senior Software Developer - Python - Hybrid or Remote

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to help us build scalable, high-performance systems and shape the future of our backend architecture.
This role can be performed remotely or from our Malta office (hybrid model).
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability
Continuously improving systems through monitoring, optimisation, and best practices
4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, and master Python or Go as a programming language

• You are familiar with DevOps practices and containerization technologies on cloud-based environments
• You care about software quality; you care about software engineering, and you want to make a difference
• You can work with minimal supervision
• You have a good command of both verbal and written English
• Having a degree in Information Technology or another related field would be considered an advantage
