To evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance provided and ensure that the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated, escalating where clinically appropriate to other experts

Support with health surveillance and baseline screening activities as required to ensure legal compliance and in accordance with the Health Surveillance Matrix

Encourage the health and wellbeing of all colleagues through advice and health promotion campaigns

Maintain up-to-date professional and legislative knowledge and standards through a programme of continuous development

Have a good understanding of relevant legislation, including the Equality Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

Understand occupational health issues that can affect colleagues, including stress, workplace hazards and occupational diseases

Maintain a valid and up-to-date NMC registration and work in line with NMC standards and guidelines, including professional practice, clinical supervision, and continuous learning and development

Are confident using Microsoft 365 applications and maintaining accurate digital health records, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
