Key Responsibilities – Class 2 HGV Beavertail Driver Role
Collect and deliver plant machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to customer sites, depots, and projects
Secure all loads on the beavertail truck, ensuring compliance with all road safety and load regulations
Complete all delivery and collection paperwork and digital records accurately
Assist with basic familiarisation of plant equipment and attachments upon delivery as required
Take part in in-house plant training and development programmes to broaden skills and achieve further industry-recognised certifications
Required Skills and Experience for HGV Beavertail Driver Jobs
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Good knowledge of road transport legislation and best practices for load security
Previous experience with delivering plant, construction, or heavy equipment is desirable but not essential
Keen to develop and complete all required training for career advancement
