Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Accounting Specialist - Northampton

Roles span a comprehensive range of finance positions, including:
Transaction-level roles for early-career finance professionals
Part-qualified accounting positions
Commercial finance positions across various industry sectors
Build and develop a strong network of high-calibre finance and accounting professionals
Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and screening for commercial finance positions
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the finance and commercial sectors
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate identification to final placement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases and client records
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within finance and accounting sectors
Proficiency in recruitment technologies and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered
