Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Accounting
Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record in business development? We're seeking a talented individual to join our established finance and accounting recruitment agency in the historic city of Bath.
As a Recruitment Consultant within our team, you will focus on growing our client base and placing exceptional talent across the South West. Developing new business relationships with finance departments across the South West
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients
Building and maintaining your candidate network
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within finance or accounting
Excellent relationship building abilities and a consultative approach
Highly competitive base salary
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Office closure during Christmas period (no personal holidays required for this).
- Modern offices in central Bath
