Senior Recruitment Consultant - Sports & Entertainment

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in central London, focusing on placing exceptional talent within the dynamic Sports and Entertainment sector.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll drive business development initiatives while delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to our diverse client base. You'll work with organisations ranging from premier league football clubs to global entertainment companies, handling roles from senior management to specialist positions.
You'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within Sports, Entertainment, or related sectors
A strong track record of successful business development and account management
Excellent networking abilities and relationship-building skills
Commercial acumen and the ability to spot market opportunities
