Senior Cost Engineer (hybrid working)

We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

You'll provide essential estimating support for bids and contracts, ensuring robust pricing, risk management, and governance. You'll advise senior management on commercial risks, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver accurate estimates, and assess terms against client requirements.

You’ll identify and implement process improvements, as well as travel to sites to determine scopes of work when required.

Have you gained estimating experience in the water industry or hold a relevant degree? Other utilities experience is a bonus.

Proficient with MS Office and estimating software such as Conquest or Causeway.
