Remote Physiotherapist

We are looking to recruit a First Contact Physiotherapist to join our established and experienced team in Liverpool. This is a part-time role, initially 3.5 days per week based across different sites each day. For those who are interested in extra hours, there may be the opportunity to work additional days in the local area.

As a First Contact Physiotherapist, you will work onsite within GP practices as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Please note that this is not a hybrid or remote role. You will be embedded within your allocated practices, collaborating closely with GPs, reception teams, nurses, and wider MDT colleagues to deliver integrated, personalised patient care.
You will have the opportunity to use or develop advanced skills, including injection therapy and independent prescribing, supported by protected CPD time and structured supervision.

Create tailored self-management plans to support behavioural change and recovery
Use full scope of practice - including prescribing and injection therapy (if qualified)
Record utilisation data daily and collect Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires (PSQs)
Work as part of a GP-based MDT and build positive relationships with practice staff
Help shape and refine local MSK care pathways
Engage in supervision and peer reflection sessions
Confident and friendly with a collaborative approach to integrating into GP practice teams
Able to build strong relationships with GPs, receptionists, nurses, and MDT members
Calm, resilient, and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare setting
Comfortable with digital tools and modern clinical systems
Committed to high standards of ethical, professional, and patient-centred care
A degree in Physiotherapy with HCPC and CSP registration.

Qualified injection therapist
Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience
Prior FCP or MSK triage experience (private or NHS)
Experience working in GP practices
