The Opportunity & Role Profile
A fantastic opportunity for a proactive Site Manager to join a premier independent school in Leeds. You will be responsible for the security, maintenance, and overall safety of a sprawling, high-spec site, ensuring it remains an inspiring and safe environment for pupils and staff.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Site Security: Responsible for the daily security protocols and acting as the primary key-holder for the estate.
Maintenance & Projects: Managing general repairs and overseeing external contractors on large-scale facilities projects.
Health & Safety: Maintaining all statutory logs, including fire safety, water hygiene, and asbestos management.
