Physiotherapist - Weekends (Bank)

As a Bank Band 6 MSK physiotherapist in the HCH MSK Physiotherapy team you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of highly experienced physiotherapists, in a fast-paced environment providing high-quality physiotherapy care to the borough of Hounslow. Our large team consists of a physiotherapy assistant, band 5, 6, 7 physiotherapists, Band 8a Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners and a Physiotherapy Consultant. Bank staff will be supervised by a senior physiotherapist during their time in post. You will be integrated into the team which is focussed on delivering high quality care at the right time and place, in our main clinic based in Isleworth and at outreach clinics in GP practises.
You will carry a varied caseload of musculoskeletal complaints, often complex, with a view to utilise all treatment and care options as appropriate, with the support of a named supervisor.
Work with patients to identify and agree treatment goals delivering patient centred care based on assessment out-comes, which demonstrate a good knowledge of the complex interaction of risk, safety, patient choice, shared decision making, independence, areas of conflict and eligibility for the services
Address all risk areas associated with individual patient's ability to function
Represent the Physiotherapy Service within the multidisciplinary team and participate in relevant team/network meetings, clinics and to contribute to the discussion and planning of patient care.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of spinal, peripheral and systemic red flags and appropriate escalation
Diploma/Degree in physiotherapy or other relevant physiotherapy qualification
Relevant pre-registration physiotherapy experience to include all core rotations (including MSK)
