Registered Manager – Children's Home
Total Package: £60,364 - £73,808 per annum (7-bed children's home)
PLUS a long-term incentive bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year .
Working in our client's Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. As a Registered Manager, you'll create a safe, secure and nurturing environment where both your team and the young people can thrive. Our client's homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of achieving the very best outcomes. By managing the day-to-day operations of the home and maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, you'll help young people regain their childhood and create pathways towards becoming well-rounded adults.
You'll play an active role in assessing new referrals and will have the opportunity to lead a high-quality children's home, ensuring young people receive the care, stability and support they deserve.

Annual Performance Bonus: 10% of salary (reviewed annually)
On-call Allowance: £2,500 per year (approximately 10 weekends annually)
Attendance Allowance: Up to £1,400 per year
Long-Term Incentive Plan: 30% of salary accrued annually and paid as a future lump sum

Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
A committed and enthusiastic leader with a genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
