Role Overview

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral leads to support student learning.

The Role

As a TA, you will:

support students in class across a range of subjects,

provide small-group and 1:1 interventions,

assist with the implementation of EHCPs and support plans,

help establish routines, behaviour expectations and study skills,

communicate effectively with staff and parents.
