We provide a full range of investment banking services, including public and private equity and debt financing, M&A advice and private investment services for corporate and institutional clients.

Corporate Finance is organised through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry focused teams.

You will join Investment Banking Coverage as an Associate level investment banker and have initiative and integrity, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with clients who are Financial Institutions

Supporting wider FIG team in the coverage effort of key coverage accounts
Conducting FIG sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling
In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with team members and senior investment bankers
Relevant extensive experience in Corporate Finance
Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities, high levels of initiative and ingenuity, high proactivity levels and drive
Effective organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
