Temporary Logistics and Warehouse Storeperson

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Administrator to support a busy logistics and supply chain function. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely collection and delivery

• Prepare, check, and maintain logistics documentation (e.g. delivery notes, invoices, consignment notes, and import/export paperwork where required)
• Liaise with transport providers, freight forwarders, and couriers to arrange shipments and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records within logistics systems and reports
• Support stock movements, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy alongside warehouse teams
• Process delivery confirmations and generate customer invoices
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health & safety standards, and UK transport regulations
• Respond to internal and external queries relating to deliveries and logistics data
• Produce regular reports on logistics performance, KPIs, and costs
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function

• Experience using ERP or logistics systems (e.g. Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role
• Understanding of basic logistics and transport processes
• Experience working with data, documentation, and deadlines
