Technical Recruitment Consultant - HVAC & Renewables
Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days office/2 days remote)

About Us With over two decades of success in technical recruitment, we partner with leading domestic and international businesses across Yorkshire and the UK. Our specialist focus includes Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Renewable Energy sectors, working with some of the industry's most prestigious names.
The Role As a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop relationships with our existing client base while identifying new opportunities for growth. You'll be working with engineering professionals across:
Domestic and Commercial Heating
Air Conditioning
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical engineering positions
Develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and renewables sector
Source and headhunt top engineering talent
Provide consultation to clients on market conditions and recruitment strategies
Meet and exceed performance targets
Proven recruitment experience, ideally within technical or engineering sectors
Excellent relationship building and networking skills
Commercial acumen and business development capabilities
Understanding of the HVAC sector (desirable but not essential)
Hybrid working arrangement (3 days office/2 days home)
