We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join a well-established gastro pub in the Ribble Valley. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and driven hospitality professional to take on a leadership role in a busy and welcoming venue.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and an excellent guest experience
Lead and support the front-of-house team, maintaining high standards of customer service
Assist in stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Work closely with senior management to drive business performance
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a gastro pub or similar environment
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy service periods
