£14 per hourCaremark Bexhill, Hastings and Rother is looking for a Care Assistant in Bexhill, Hastings and Rother to join our friendly and supportive local team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is caring, patient, reliable, and ready to help others live safely and comfortably at home. You do not need previous care experience, as we provide full training and ongoing support from day one.
As a Care Assistant in Bexhill, Hastings and Rother, you will support customers with daily tasks, companionship, personal care, and routines that help them stay independent. As a Care Assistant , you will support customers with daily living tasks, companionship, and personal care. You will work as part of a local team that values kindness, respect, and safe care.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Assistant:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with personal care
Assisting with food shopping and errands
Helping with light household tasks
Supporting customers with pets
Helping customers follow daily routines
Keeping clear and accurate care records
Communicating with team members and office staff
Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care
No previous experience in care is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
A passion for helping people
Driving Licence and access to your own car (required)
