IT Systems Engineer - Fully Remote

Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider supporting a range of well-known businesses, is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their growing technical team. Provide first-line support and act as the primary contact for customers.
Monitor customer environments and ensure optimal system performance.
Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software solutions.
Produce accurate technical documentation and maintain service records.
Support incidents remotely and on-site.
Competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum , depending on experience.
Generous annual leave entitlement of 40 days per year .

• Minimum 5 years in a similar IT support position.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Networking knowledge covering VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls, switches and routers.
• Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Azure deployment and administration experience.
• Familiarity with Windows 10, Windows 11 and macOS environments.
