Service
Electrical Engineer
The purpose of the Electrical Engineer is to support the Area Operations Manager (AOM) and Technical Supervisor by providing reactive and planned preventative maintenance for building engineering systems and services.
Perform maintenance, fault finding, and repair low voltage (LV) electrical systems as directed and log status on the CMMS.
Maintain low voltage (LV) electrical systems and perform PPM routines.
- Repair and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Deliver small projects and assist with project handovers.
- Calibrate risk assessments for maintenance tasks.
- Participate in emergency call-out services and support cost reduction efforts.
- Perform skilled work requiring technical training (NVQ level 3 or equivalent).
- Willing to undertake CBRE refresher training in;
o Emergency Lighting Testing and Light Fitting Replacement, including Safe Isolation.
o Water Heater Testing, including Safe Isolation.
o Fire Alarm Testing.
Must have completed an apprentice or equivalent formal training in electrical installation and maintenance, including sufficient practical experience to be assessed as electrically competent.
- Must hold a City and Guilds Level 3 technical certificate or equivalent in an electrical discipline.
- Must hold a City and Guilds Level 3 certificate in the requirements for electrical installations BS 7671 (18th Edition). To build a world-class business through exceptional service and exceptional people
