Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias

Based: On site at Rolls-Royce Ansty, Coventry.

Hours: 40hrs Monday - Friday

As an Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias at JLL, you'll be part of a team that's shaping a brighter way for our client Rolls-Royce and fellow employees. You'll apply your expertise to design, install, and maintain electrical systems in various commercial and industrial settings. maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of low voltage electrical systems, including but not limited to lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, security systems, emergency lighting, and access control.

Testing and Inspection: Conduct regular testing and inspection of low voltage electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and relevant codes. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in low voltage electrical systems, using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques. Preventive Maintenance: Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime, increase system reliability, and extend the lifespan of low voltage electrical systems. Create and maintain maintenance schedules.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Comply with electrical regulations, codes, and standards to ensure safety and minimize risks. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, work orders, and equipment inventory. C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation (Or Equivalent)

• C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection cert preferred)
• Strong Electrical & HVAC experience
• Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required
• Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations about maintenance activities
• Must have a full UK driving license
