Homecare For You is a specialist provider of high-quality home care services. We are looking for kind and compassionate people who are interested in caring for the elderly and vulnerable, in their own homes within our community.
We care about the people who use our service and our staff therefore quality of service is paramount whilst balancing the home work life setting for our staff. We are looking for Home Care Assistants in Blackburn to work:
Previous experience as a Care Assistant is desirable but NOT essential since all training needs will be provided for you, including gaining a diploma in Health and Social Care.
To be reliable and willing to work for the best interests of the people we care for
Comprehensive, ongoing, training and development including completion of the Care Certificate and national recognised Health & Social Care Qualifications.
- Flexible working hours full time / Part time.
- You'll get a mobile phone with a OnePlan App to assist you to work safely and efficiently
- Mileage payment of 20p per mile to contribute towards car fuel expenses.
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday, a year
