Control Systems Engineer - Design

Are you a detail-focused, hands-on, Control Systems Engineer with a passion for drones?

Joining us as Controls System Engineer , you will have an opportunity to support the system analysis, modelling, design and delivery of our UXV navigation co-pilot platform. Our mission is to design and deploy AI technologies that protect, support, and enhance the work of those operating on the front lines: law enforcement, first responders, NGOs, wildlife rangers, and military personnel. Designing, implementing and testing the control systems required for UXV navigation and control

• Setting up models, tools and processes to facilitate rapid design, implementation and validation of new features
• Knowledge of a scripting language (preferably Python)

Relevant degree in a Maths, Physics or Engineering based subject

Bonus if you have:

Experience in designing, developing and testing embedded software and hardware control systems for UAV, UXV, autonomous driving or aerospace applications

Working knowledge of C/C++

Experience working with ROS or robotics sensors (IMU, GPS/GNSS, LIDAR, RADAR, Cameras, etc.)

Eligibility and willingness to undergo future full security clearance (SC)

Security clearance

Due to the sensitive nature of some of our work, it would be beneficial for candidates to be able and willing to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for this role.
