Senior Civil Engineer - Drainage Design (Permanent)

A Senior Civil Engineer is required to join the dynamic Civil & Structural team. Lead and manage the civil engineering design on a variety of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare.
Prepare and oversee detailed civil engineering designs including drainage, roads, earthworks, and infrastructure schemes.
Work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Liaise with local authorities and statutory bodies for planning and approvals.
Contribute to fee proposals, project planning, and resource management.
Champion sustainability and low-carbon engineering
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
Proven ability to manage and deliver civil engineering design projects.
Strong understanding of UK design standards, building regulations, and planning procedures.
Proficient in civil engineering design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
