Our client, an established and friendly law firm based in Leeds, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitorto join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a varied caseload, work closely with senior management and play an important role in developing the firm’s Commercial Property offering.
This role would suit someone who enjoys client contact, wants autonomy and is keen to help build relationships with local businesses and professional contacts.
You will handle a full and varied caseload of Commercial Property and related business matters from start to finish.
Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Commercial leases
- Lease renewals
- General commercial property advice
- There will also be scope to help develop the department and maintain strong working relationships with businesses and referrers.
A minimum of 7–8 years’ experience in Commercial Property work
- A clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with the right level of Commercial Property experience.
