Production Assistant - Manufacturing
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our friendly production team, helping to create our award-winning chocolate, jams and hot sauces. Every product we make supports our wider charitable mission, so this is more than just a manufacturing role—it’s an opportunity to be part of work that creates real impact.

Working alongside our Operations Manager and production team, you’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by:
Producing high-quality chocolate, jams and hot sauces
Supporting production, packing and dispatch
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Monitoring product quality and recording production information
Assisting with stock organisation and inventory
Helping us continually improve the way we work
Takes pride in producing quality products
Understands the importance of food hygiene and health & safety
Experience in food manufacturing or a professional kitchen is welcome, but we’re just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude. Full training will be provided.
Level 2 Food Hygiene (or willingness to achieve this before starting)
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Experience working in food production or manufacturing
Full UK driving licence
Ongoing training and opportunities to develop your skills
