Behaviour Mentor
Pay rate: £95-£110 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from motivated Behaviour Mentors to work in schools across Walsall. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who may need additional guidance with behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in learning.
As a Behaviour Mentor , you will work closely with pupils to build confidence, improve behaviour, and encourage positive attitudes towards education.
Key Duties of Behaviour Mentors:
- Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring support to pupils.
- Help pupils manage behaviour and develop emotional regulation skills.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils to encourage progress.
- Support teachers and pastoral staff in implementing behaviour strategies.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to school staff.
Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a mentoring or support role.
- Genuine passion for supporting pupils' personal and academic development.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
Competitive daily pay of £95-£110 , depending on experience.
