We are working with a leading Secondary Academy in Haringey recruiting for a Receptionist for an ASAP start. This role is ideal for an individual with an interest in educational administration and a commitment to high standards of professionalism.

The Role & Personnel Leadership You will provide an elite front-of-house service, ensuring the academy’s high expectations for conduct and courtesy are reflected in every interaction.
Presenting a professional image to all visitors, including DfE inspectors, governors, and local business partners.
Information Management: Handling sensitive student and staff data with 100% confidentiality, in full compliance with GDPR regulations.
Reprographics & Admin: Coordinating the production of school publications, newsletters, and parent letters, ensuring all outgoing communication is of the highest standard.
Managing the school’s CCTV and electronic gate systems, acting as a key member of the site’s safety and security team.
