Children’s Home Manager – Birmingham &##127775;

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD home in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with a strong reputation for providing excellent support and care to young people.
&##Full-time, 38.5 hours per week

&##As the Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care for young people.
Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
Oversee day-to-day operations including staff management, compliance, and safeguarding.
Take part in the on-call rota when required.
&##Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People’s Workforce.
At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years.
Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager .
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and expectations .
A full UK driving licence .
Flexibility to work additional hours where needed.
