Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils' learning in class and in small group settings
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources
Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment
Work closely with class teachers, SENCO and other staff
Support pupils with SEND, including social, emotional, and behavioural needs (if applicable)
Contribute to assessment by observing and recording pupil progress
Engage in professional development and school training sessions

Has experience working with children (ideally in a school setting)
Is enthusiastic, patient, and flexible in their approach
Understands the importance of inclusion and differentiation
Has good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Has a positive and proactive attitude to learning and support
