An academically rigorous secondary school in Tower Hamlets is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic ECT of English (Year 1 or 2) to join their successful English department from January 2026.
ECT: English Teacher required from January 2026
Excellent opportunity for a graduate interested in teaching A-Level English early in their career.
You will teach English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4, with opportunities for KS5 involvement. QTS or completing final training in English or Literature.
Commitment to contributing to after-school revision and enrichment clinics .
The English department operates a shared curriculum model to ensure a manageable workload. Paid to ECT/MPS Inner London Scale
