Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with client organizations and high-calibre sales and marketing professionals
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' specific recruitment needs and company cultures
Source and headhunt exceptional candidates across various sales and marketing disciplines, including:
B2B and B2C Sales Roles
Marketing Strategy Positions
Digital Marketing Specialists
Brand Management Professionals
Sales Development Representatives
Marketing Communications Experts
Perform comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client briefing to successful placement
Consistently exceed monthly billing and placement targets
