This exciting permanent opportunity is ideal for professionals with 5-10 years of experience, whether from a client-side background or a main contractor. About the Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in guiding clients and their project teams through a variety of exciting and high-profile construction projects. From inception to completion, your expertise will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be providing invaluable commercial and qualitative advice, making key decisions that drive success. Produce detailed estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to clients.
Oversee cost checks, valuations, and provide accurate cost management throughout large-scale projects.
Contribute to value engineering and negotiate final accounts.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other consultants at all stages of the project lifecycle.

5-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record in either a PQS or main contractor environment.
- Experience in front-end estimating and cost planning.
- Strong understanding of construction practices and a commitment to delivering value for money for all stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of MMC/JCT and NEC forms of contract.
- A proven track record in delivering cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
- A degree or HNC-level qualification in a relevant field.
